Willie specializes in photographing people in all aspects of life. His artistry comes alive capturing people of color, children, and landscapes around the world. This passion surfaced after his daughter said, “the white dolls are prettier than the brown ones.” It was that moment where Willie began a search for how God manifests himself within each and every one of us. We are all created in His image and are beautifully and uniquely made. He knew, then, that he wanted to help change her perception of the skin that she is in. His years of travel and emerging himself into other cultures, languages, and landscapes helped make that easier. Whether you are looking for headshots, intimate portraits, or photos to capture a particular celebration, Willie has mastered depicting the positive imagery of the African Diaspora. As he would say, “The closer the shot, the deeper the connection.”
 

He currently lives in Augusta, Georgia, and considers himself a world-traveler. He loves traveling with his clients domestically and internationally, to capture the portrait of their reality. If you dive from an airplane, he’ll dive with you to ensure the perfect shot!
 

Balancing his life as a Spanish teacher and photographer has truly provided Willie with the best of both worlds. On weekdays,  when he is not teaching, Willie is available for everything from indoor/outdoor shoots and sporting events, to graduations and lifestyle looks. On weekends, Willie is available for children sessions, concerts, shows, parties, and more. 
 

He prides himself on his attention to detail, dedication, and personally guarantees the quality of his photos.
